On behalf of the South Mississippi Bicentennial Committee together with the Mississippi Development Authority, we invite you to make plans to join us for the Party of the Century!  This is a free ticketed event so please go online to print your tickets at www.ms200south.org.

There are many ways you can be a part of this once in a lifetime event and we certainly hope you will.

Be a Salute to Mississippi Exhibitor:  This area is open to cities, counties, state agencies, and organizations that focus on Mississippi’s arts, culture, heritage, education and the military.

Join the Parade:  On Saturday, April 1st at 11am, the celebration will kick off with a Parade of Cities and Counties.  The parade is open to Cities, Counties, State Agencies, Mardi Gras Krewes, Military Units, Walking Groups, Marching Bands, Dance Groups, and Pageant Winners.  There is no fee to participate as an exhibitor or parade participant but you do need to apply on line by clicking here

Be a part of the Taste of Mississippi:  A limited number of food vendors will be selected to help us showcase the state’s best coastal and international cuisine.  There is a small fee to participate but you do not pay until you are selected.  Click here to apply.

Reserve your spot at the Corporate Village:  With as many as 15,000 expected to attend this event with THE BAND PERRY headlining the Governor’s Concert on Saturday, the Corporate Village will provide a relaxing area to entertain your guests.  Packages range from $500 to $5,000 and include such benefits as seating near the main stage, on-site parking, complimentary food and beverages, networking with other corporate sponsors and officials, and recognition for your county.  Please contact:  Tish Williams at 228-216-9048, tish@hancockchamber.org;  or, Rebecca Kajdan at (228) 868-5801, rkajdan@gulfport-ms.gov or click here to make your reservation.
