Announcing MAS Regional Meetings: In order to provide as many safety measures as possible for our membership and attendees, the Mississippi Association of Supervisors (“MAS”) will hold 5 regional meetings in February and March, in place of our usual statewide Mid-Winter Conference and Regional Capitol Visits. We have broken up these meetings by each Planning Development District (PDD). The 5 regional meetings will be held at the Hilton Hotel Jackson.
We have several sponsorship opportunities and a limited number of “Vendor Meet and Greet Tables” (first come, first serve) available. If you wish to attend all 5 regional meetings, we will provide a 20% discount off your registration cost and/or vendor tables and give you one free attendee at each meeting. This discount will not apply to sponsorships. You must register in order to hold a “Vendor Meet and Greet Table”. You can register additional attendees for $100 with the purchase of a vendor table (must register one person first in order to purchase) and/or sponsorship.
We have held a limited number of hotel rooms at the Hilton Hotel, Jackson for the night before each meeting. Please note, there is a different hotel room block group code for each meeting.
