June 12 - 15, 2023 in Harrison County (Biloxi, MS) MS Coast Convention Center located at 2350 Beach Boulevard, Biloxi, MS 39531.
County Registration forms are now available (linked below). We are working on finalizing the vendor registration form. We will be emailing, texting, faxing, and mailing out a hard copy of the county registration form. Please note there are two types of county registration forms. One for county supervisors and one for all other county officials/county employees. We have two forms this year in order to collect additional information such as are you retiring or participating in the Graduation Ceremony for the Supervisor Education Program etc.
You may now also register online through the MAS member portal linked here. Or you can locate the member portal on the top right corner of the MAS website labeled "Member Login" If you register via the member portal, you can apply the discount code “2023DC" for $5 off per registrant. You will be offered the option to add one complimentary guest pass once you select your registration fee. Please note, if you register multiple attendees at once, the discount code will only apply once, but we will adjust your final invoice and add the discount to it. Online registrations will be pending MAS approval. We will review attendees and guest passes. You may also view your transcript and total earned education credits on your member portal.
The linked registration form is in a fillable format, so you may type in your information and save the file as a PDF to email it. Please email your registration form to Savanna McCafferty at smccafferty@massup.org. You may also fax a copy of it to the MAS Office at 601.353.2749 or mail your registration form to us at the MAS office at 793 North President Street, Jackson, MS 39202 or you may register through your member portal linked here. You can also find the member portal on the top right corner of the MAS website labeled "Member Login".

Attention! Change is in the Air!
MAS Annual Cookout
Change is in the Air! You will notice a couple of changes to this year's Annual Convention agenda. We have moved the annual MAS Annual Cookout Wednesday night, June 14 and moved locations to the Hardrock Hotel Pool (normally was held on Thursday night, final night of the Convention).
Honors Ceremony/Graduation Ceremony
This year on Thursday, June 15, we will be holding for the first time ever in the Association's History, a graduation ceremony for the MAS Supervisors education program - Institute for Excellence in County Government.
Supervisors Retirement Ceremony
We will also be recognizing Supervisors retiring after this term. If you are retiring, please notify the MS Association of Supervisors. You may email Savanna McCafferty at smccafferty@massup.org or call us at 601.353.2741.
Kids Zone on the Exhibit Hall Floor!
We will be adding a Kids zone with games, bouncy house, activities, etc on the exhibit hall floor. We are expanding into Exhibit Hall 1 for the Kids Zone. Exhibit Hall 2 -4 will host our exhibitors and meals.

Hotel Room Booking Tip!
No more long holds on the phone when booking your room! Most of MAS' hotel room blocks have an online booking link you can use to make your reservation online versus over the phone. You may follow up with the hotel at a later time to adjust payment method.

MAS Hotel Blocks

Hotel blocks opened Friday, March 24 at 9:00 a.m. Hotel room block rate(s) will not be available before March 24 or after cutoff date(s).

You must request MAS rate at the time reservation is made to guarantee block rates. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out. Block rates are subject to sales tax and resort fees (vary by property).

Any county making direct bill arrangements (sub-block) with hotel may be subject to attrition rates if county cancels rooms after MAS block closes.

You must confirm hotel resort fees (in addition to room block rate), required deposits, cancellation, early check-out, early departure and other policies with hotel.

You must confirm tax exemption payment requirements with hotel at the time reservation is made.
