The MAS 97th Annual Convention & Expo is the largest gathering of county government leaders in Mississippi โ bringing together county supervisors, officials, state agencies, exhibitors, and sponsors for four days of education sessions, policy discussions, networking, and partnership-building.

Registration is Now Open
The fastest way to register โ and the only way to lock in the Early Bird rate โ is online through the MAS Engagifii Member Portal. Online registrants get instant confirmation and the hotel block list delivered by email.
2026 County Registration Rates
Each paid county registration includes one (1) county attendee badge plus one (1) complimentary guest/spouse pass. The guest pass is for a companion only โ county employees and officials may not use it as a registration.

There is no separate onsite rate โ the Late rate runs through the final day of convention (June 18). If you do not register through the portal, you will be billed at the Regular rate until May 20.
County Cancellation Policy
County cancellations follow a tiered schedule. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to annualconvention@massup.org.

A no-show is any registrant who does not check in at the MAS registration desk to receive their badge โ the 100% fee applies after May 20 whether or not written notice was submitted.
Hotel Block Information
MAS has secured group room blocks at multiple Mississippi Gulf Coast properties for the 2026 Annual Convention. Hotel block details โ the property list, direct booking links, and the MAS group code โ are delivered inside your registration confirmation email.
To receive the hotel block list, complete your registration through the MAS Member Portal at mas.engagifii.com โ registration is now open. If you register by email, fax, or mail, MAS staff will email the hotel block details after your registration is processed.

2026 Themed Booth Challenge
This year's booth competition is a Themed Booth Challenge tied to First Response Starts Local โWorking as 1. Show off your creativity, honor our first responders, and compete for attendee-voted awards. Voting happens throughout the convention and winners are announced Wednesday morning in the Expo Hall.
Vendor Cancellation Policy
Vendor cancellations follow a different policy from county registrations. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to annualconvention@massup.org.

When does registration open and how do I sign up?
Registration is now open (as of Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 12 PM Central). The fastest way to register โ and the only way to lock in the Early Bird rate โ is online through the MAS Engagifii Member Portal at mas.engagifii.com.
You may also register by emailing a completed form to annualconvention@massup.org, faxing to 601.353.2749, or mailing to MAS Office, 7 Riverbend Place, Flowood, MS 39232.
Important: Registrations submitted by email, fax, or mail receive the Regular rate โ not Early Bird. Early Bird is portal-only.
I've never logged into the Member Portal. What do I do?
You don't have to be a MAS member to use the portal. Here are your two options:

How do I get the hotel block list and booking links?
Hotel block details are delivered in your registration confirmation email. Once you complete registration through the MAS Member Portal, you'll receive an email with the full list of MAS block properties, direct booking links, and the MAS group code. If you register by email, fax, or mail, MAS staff will email the hotel block details once your registration is processed.
Book early. Once the hotel block cut-off date passes, unbooked rooms are released back to general inventory and group rates are no longer guaranteed.
What is the MAS office address?
As of 2026, our address is 7 Riverbend Place, Flowood, MS 39232. Our previous Jackson address (793 N. President Street) is no longer active. Please use the Flowood address for all mailed registration forms, payment checks, and correspondence.
Why is the Early Bird rate portal-only?
The Early Bird rate is reserved for online registrations completed through the MAS Engagifii Member Portal by May 5, 2026. Online registration reduces processing time for our team and gets your confirmation and hotel block details to you instantly.
All registrations submitted by email, fax, or mail will be processed at the Regular rate through May 20, 2026 โ regardless of the date submitted.
Can I pay online when I register?
Yes or checks may be mailed to MAS at 7 Riverbend Place, Flowood, MS 39232. Payment must be received before the convention begins.
What is the county cancellation policy?
County cancellations are tiered. All must be submitted in writing to annualconvention@massup.org:
- Through May 5, 2026: 0% โ no fee
- May 6 โ May 20, 2026: 50% of original registration
- After May 20, 2026 or No-Show: 100% of original registration

What's included in a standard exhibit booth?
- Registration for two (2) complimentary attendees
- One 10'W ร 10'D booth with 8' back drapes and 3' side dividers
- One booth sign with your company name and booth number
- One 6' skirted display table, two chairs, one wastebasket
Electrical is not included โ all power must be ordered through CDS after MAS confirms your booth assignment.
What is bulk space and do I need it?
Bulk space is for companies displaying large equipment, vehicles, or oversized items that won't fit in a standard 10ร10 booth.
- Cost: $1.65 per sq. ft.
- Minimum: 300 sq. ft. (10' ร 30' = $495)
- Indoor or outdoor, subject to availability
- Furnishings not included โ order through CDS
You must also purchase a standard booth (or qualifying sponsorship) to be eligible for bulk space.
When can I order from the CDS Exhibitor Service Kit?
After MAS assigns your booth space. CDS (Convention & Display Services) is MAS's official exposition services contractor โ they handle electrical, extra furniture, carpet, upgraded draping, material handling, freight, and specialty signage. Once MAS confirms your booth assignment, CDS will send you the Exhibitor Service Kit with order forms and deadlines. Contact brooke@cds1958.com with questions.
I have a large piece of equipment. What's the most important thing to know?
If you have bulk space, you must drive in on Sunday, June 14. Move-in times are pre-scheduled with CDS โ you cannot just show up. All large items must be in place before Monday's general setup begins.
Brooke Fuller at CDS (brooke@cds1958.com) will contact you to schedule your Sunday move-in time after MAS confirms your booth and bulk space.
Can I ship materials to the convention center ahead of time?
All shipping must be coordinated through CDS. The convention center does not accept direct shipments. Contact brooke@cds1958.com for shipping instructions and deadlines. All shipments must arrive freight prepaid โ collect shipments will be refused.
Do I need a name badge to enter the Expo Hall?
Yes โ name badges are required in all meeting and exhibit areas beyond the security checkpoints. Pick up your badge at the Vendor Registration Desk in the West Lobby beginning Monday, June 15 at 10:00 AM. Badges cannot be swapped. Lost badges require a $100 reprint fee.
