Save the Date — Registration is almost here.
Registration for the 2026 MAS Annual Convention & Expo opens Wednesday, April 22 at 10:00 AM. We are excited to have you join us for this year's convention — First Response Starts Local: Fighting as One — honoring our first responders, military service members, and emergency response partners across Mississippi's counties.
In the meantime, we encourage you to make sure you can log into your MAS Member Portal before registration opens — hotel block information will be included in your registration confirmation email. A follow-up email with complete details, including rates and more, will be on its way soon.

Here's How to Get Started
If this is your first time accessing the MAS Member Portal, please follow the steps below. We also recommend completing this before registration opens on April 22.
Request Your Workspace Invite
Email us at countyconnect@massup.org and we will send you a workspace invite to get you set up.
Check Your Inbox
Look for an email from Yamaiky Gamez via sendgrid.net or identify_donotreply@engagifii.com. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
Create Your Password
In the email, click the "Create Profile" link. You will be directed to mas.engagifii.com, where you will be prompted to create a password.
You're In!
Once your password is created, you are fully logged in and ready to register when registration opens on April 22 at 10:00 AM.
About Hotel Blocks
Hotel block information will be released after you register for the event. Once your registration is processed, you will receive your hotel block details and group code directly in your registration confirmation email.
Please note: You will need your group code to book at the MAS group rate. Hotel blocks are not open to the general public, and the hotel will not be able to complete your reservation without the code provided in your confirmation email.
