Convention registration is now closed — on-site registration is available at the Mississippi Coast Convention Center. While you’re here, jump into the Expo Hall Challenge:

2026 Expo Hall Challenge — win while you walk.

Walk the Expo Floor, scan booths, and vote — it’s how you help pick the winners and enter to win prizes of your own. No app, nothing to sign up for. Just your phone.

How to play

  1. Visit a booth and meet the exhibitor.
  2. Scan the QR code — open your camera, point, tap the link (no app). Can’t scan? Type the short URL on the booth’s sign.
  3. Share your info (name, email, county) — that’s how you enter the drawing.
  4. Vote — rate the booth 1–10 in each category. One vote per booth; revisit to change it.
  5. Reach 75 booths to qualify for the Expo Floor Passport drawing.

What you’re voting for: Best Theme Spirit — the booth that best brings the theme (First Response Starts Local · Working as One) to life — and Most Valuable to My County — the exhibitor whose products and services make the biggest difference back home.

Expo Floor Passport · 3 winners: qualify at 75+ booths and your name goes on the live Wheel of Fortune. 1st: 2–3 night Sheraton Refuge stay (2027 Mid-Winter), registration for you + a guest, dinner certificate, swag. 2nd: Beau Rivage stay, registration for the 2027 Annual Convention, Biloxi dinner certificate, swag. 3rd: registration for you + a guest at the 2026 Fall Workshop (Tupelo), a hotel stay, a Tupelo dinner certificate, swag.

Key dates: voting opens Tue, June 16 and closes 1 PM Wed, June 17; winners are revealed at the Grand Door Prize Drawing, Wed 2:30 PM — you must be present to win.

To find yours: open the floor plan, use the Directory panel on the left to search your company name, then click your listing to see your assigned booth and/or bulk space, your booth contact, and booth staff. You can also use the searchable list below to confirm your company, booth count, and bulk space. If anything needs fixing, email annualconvention@massup.org and we’ll take care of it.

The 2026 Booth Challenge — Working as 1.

Everything runs off one QR code per booth. Members scan it to save your info, leave you a lead, and rate your booth — and you compete for the Booth Awards. No sign-up, no entry fee; if your booth is assigned, you’re in.

Get set up

  1. Sign in to your profile — no password; use the one-click “magic link” we email to the address your booth was assigned under. Add your logo, details, and booth staff.
  2. Your QR code — one per company, at the bottom of your profile (live once your booth is assigned). Print 8.5×11 / 5×7 or show it on your phone. MAS also provides copies (sticker + a clip for your drapes/table) — missing one? Vendor Registration Desk.
  3. Your leads — every scan captures a lead (name, county, org, email, phone). Sign in → profile → “View your leads” → Download CSV.

The Booth Awards — voted by members; the top 15 per award go on the live Wheel of Fortune and we spin for the winner:

  • Best Theme Spirit — Beau Rivage stay, premier booth + sponsorship + registration at the 2027 Annual Convention, 4 passes, swag.
  • Most Valuable to My County — 2-night Sheraton Refuge stay, exhibit table + Platinum at the 2027 Mid-Winter Conference, 4 passes, swag.
  • Member Favorite — exhibit table + Gold at the 2026 Fall Workshop, 4 passes, swag.
