County Partner Showcase Sessions — Tuesday morning.

A brand-new Premier Sponsorship slot right on the Expo Hall floor. Partners get a focused 20-minute window to share industry insights, case studies, or practical know-how that county leaders can take back home — not a sales pitch. MAS works with each Showcase sponsor in advance to shape the session.

For County Officials

County Registration

Register for convention.

County officials can register online through the MAS Engagifii Member Portal, or by email, fax, or mailed form. Registration remains open through the final day of convention (June 18). Each paid registration includes one attendee badge plus one complimentary guest / spouse pass.

The Expo Hall floor plan is live. Browse available booths and bulk spaces, hold your top three picks, and submit them in a single pass. MAS reviews every submission and confirms assignments on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booth & Exhibitor Rates

Each standard 10' × 10' booth includes 8' back drapes, 3' side dividers, one 6' skirted display table, two chairs, one wastebasket, one company ID sign, and two attendee registrations. Electricity is not included — order separately through CDS.

Add-On Booth: $600 – $775, available with a full-price booth or Premier / Platinum / Gold sponsorship.  Bulk Space: $1.65 / sq ft, 300 sq ft minimum, requires a standard booth.  Program Ad (2.5" × 2.5"): $150 member / $200 non-member. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to annualconvention@massup.org — see the FAQ for the full policy.

2026 Themed Booth Challenge — Working as 1.

Decorate your booth around the convention theme — patriotic, first responder, military, emergency response, county public works, or your own take. MAS members vote Tuesday and Wednesday. Winners are announced Wednesday afternoon at the Grand Door Prize Drawing. No entry fee, no separate sign-up — if your booth carries the theme, you're in.
