County Officials:

Rates:

Members (Supervisors and Associate Members): $395 Early Bird (before April 1) or $445 per official (after April 10) $595 (after June 5 and onsite)

Non-Members: $470 per official

Registration:

County officials may register by completing the County Official Registration Form (below), or online via our webform or member portal.  If you do not have a password for the member portal, please contact Stephanie Spangler by email sspangler@massup.org or at 601.353.2741. 

If you are not a county official, please register using the Vendor & Exhibitor Registration Form. 

Cancellation Policy

Due to hotel attrition policies and catering deadlines, MAS has adopted the following cancellation policy.

  • Early Cancellation: If notice of cancellation is received from date of registration to May 14, 2020, no cancellation fee will be assessed.
  • 14-Day Cancellation: If notice of cancellation is received May 15 – 29, 2020, a cancellation fee equal to one-fourth (1/4) of the registration cost will be assessed, based on original registration fee. 
  • Late Cancellation: If notice of cancellation is received after May 29, 2020, a cancellation fee equal to one-half (1/2) of the registration cost will be assessed, based on original registration fee.
